Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Lebanon only, by local courier. We do not offer international shipping yet.

Dispatch & delivery

Custom Bowls are made to order, typically ready in 3 to 5 days before dispatch (for Whish orders, from payment confirmation).

Delivery is a flat $5 anywhere in Lebanon, arriving in 3 to 5 working days. Estimates begin at dispatch, not at order placement. The courier will call you to coordinate, so please give an accurate phone number and address at checkout.

Payment on delivery

For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is collected by the courier in US dollars when your order is handed over. For Whish orders, nothing is due on delivery.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the order returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional delivery fee may apply.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it if possible and email auvopet@gmail.com within 7 days. See our Refund Policy.
