Personalized (made-to-order) items

Custom Bowls are made individually with the colors and pet name you choose at checkout. Because they are made just for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, including color preference, name changes, or ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide and the spelling of the name before ordering.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (including a debossed name that does not match what you entered), email auvopet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Orders paid by Whish are refunded by Whish transfer. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by Whish transfer within 7 days of the return being confirmed. Delivery fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Order changes and cancellations

You may change or cancel an order free of charge before production begins. Once a personalized item enters production it cannot be changed or cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
