How does personalization work?

On the Custom Bowl page, pick a top color and a base color, then type your pet’s name. We deboss it into the front of the bowl in lowercase, tone on tone, the same way we mark everything we make. Names up to 12 characters, Latin letters and numbers.

How long does a Custom Bowl take?

Each Custom Bowl is made to order, so allow about 3 to 5 days before it ships, then delivery on top. Nothing sits in a warehouse and every name is finished fresh.

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere in Lebanon, by local courier. We do not ship internationally yet.

How much is delivery?

A flat $5 anywhere in Lebanon, with delivery in 3 to 5 working days.

How do I pay?

• Cash on delivery. Pay the courier in US dollars when your bowl arrives.
• Whish. Choose Whish at checkout and we send you simple instructions to complete the payment. Your order moves to production once payment is confirmed.

Which size should I get?

Three sizes: S, M, and L. Roughly, S suits cats and small dogs, M suits medium dogs, and L suits large dogs. See the size guide for more.

What is the feeding surface?

Food sits in a removable stainless-steel insert, not against the body of the bowl. The insert lifts out for cleaning, and a non-slip base keeps the bowl steady while they eat.

How do I clean it?

The steel insert lifts out and goes in the dishwasher. Wipe or hand-wash the silicone body with warm water and mild soap. Keep the body out of the dishwasher and away from abrasives, high heat, and the microwave.

Can I return a personalized bowl?

Personalized items are made just for you, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your bowl arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, including a name that does not match your order, email us within 7 days and we will make it right. Nothing is sent back without our confirmation first.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If production has not started, yes. Email auvopet@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a personalized bowl is in production, we cannot change the colors or name.
