Products

Our products are made-to-order objects for pets. Colors on screen are a close representation; the soft finish and exact shade may differ slightly from your display. Minor surface variation is characteristic of made-to-order production and is not a defect.

Personalized orders

When you order a Custom Bowl, you are responsible for the accuracy of the personalization you enter, including spelling and capitalization - we make exactly what you submit. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind (see Refund Policy). You agree not to submit text that is offensive, infringes others' rights, or is unlawful; we may refuse and refund any such order.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars. We accept cash on delivery (paid to the courier in US dollars) and Whish (a manual transfer completed after checkout following instructions we send). For Whish orders, production begins once payment is confirmed; unpaid Whish orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.

Production & delivery

Custom Bowls are made to order, typically ready in 3 to 5 days before dispatch. Delivery is within Lebanon only, by local courier. Stated times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

The auvo name, wordmark, product designs, photography, and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Always supervise the introduction of any new feeding accessory and discontinue use if damaged.
