Made in Lebanon, delivered in Lebanon. Here is how it works.
delivery
We deliver across Lebanon by local courier, a flat $5, in 3 to 5 working days. We do not ship internationally yet.
Custom Bowls are made to order and take about 3 to 5 days in production before they ship. Ready-to-Ship bowls are kept in stock and dispatch sooner.
payment
- Cash on delivery. Pay the courier in US dollars when your order arrives.
- Whish. Select Whish at checkout. We send you instructions to complete the payment, and your order moves to production once it is confirmed.
returns
Made for you means made for you. We do not accept returns by default. Personalized Custom Bowls are printed with your colors and your pet’s name and cannot be resold, so we cannot take them back for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference. Please check the size guide and your spelling before ordering.
If something is wrong - a bowl arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered - email auvopet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you. For unused, unwashed Ready-to-Ship bowls, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a return once confirmed. Nothing is sent back without our confirmation first.
